Europe’s Top 5 Best Beach Parties

So summer is creeping ever closer and Europe is beginning to heat up which means party season will soon be upon us. If you’re looking for the best beach parties with a good mix of all nationalities and want to avoid the typical 18-30 resorts such as Malia, Kavos, Magaluf and Faliraki then I would personally suggest any of the below five.

#1 Mykonos, Greece

If you imagine a perfect beach party then the chances are that Super Paradise beach in Mykonos will far surpass your imagination and expectations. The beach is a melting pot of backpackers, jetsetters, clubbers and glamour models and the parties start in the morning and don’t actually ever stop, not in the high season of July and August anyway!

The crowd is an eclectic mix some wearing clothes some not!, some dancing on tables, some just chilling on the beach.

For me Super Paradise has to be one of the world’s best beach parties I just can’t see how it could be topped.

#2 Ios, Greece

Whilst not quite as crazy as Mykonos, Ios comes pretty close. The parties held at Far Out Beach Club down on Mylopotas Beach are just as crazy with people dancing on tables or just chilling in the pool in their boardies and bikinis. The crowd is slightly different here and is mainly backpackers with a huge majority from Australia and Italy. Again July and August are the busier months but if you visit during the Scandanavian Midsummer celebrations you will find lots of Swedes partying like mad all day and all night!

Ive written a much more in depth review on Ios and its nightlife click the link below to see it

#3 Budva, Montenegro

You might think this is an odd choice but Budva is the party capital of Montenegro. People come from all over Eastern Europe and Russia to party here. The beach is nice with beautifully clear waters and the old town has rocking nightlife and is beautifully pretty to walk around during the day whilst nursing your hangover.

There is some good nightlife along the beach but the main action happens later in the evening in the old town, if you want to experience something a little different then there is a Music Festival in Budva every summer that promotes Mediterranean songs!

#4 Gotland, Sweden

So I’m presuming you’re thinking this choice is even odder than Budva. Well you would be wrong the Swedish love to celebrate midsummer in June so this place is crushed full of tall leggy blonde beauties and muscular males who are all up for a party.

Kallbadhuset or Kallis beach is where all the action happens. There is an ocean club there and the long daylight hours and beautiful white sandy beaches ensure the party lasts for a long time!!

#5 Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza

No best beach parties  list would be complete without including the world’s most famous party island. Ibiza is bursting to the seams every summer, it is the ultimate hedonistic party island however it does come at a price. Some of the top clubs with cost you in excess of €40 just to walk through the door.

Playa d’en Bossa is close to Ibiza town and is the longest stretch of sand on the island. Here you will find the infamous Bora Bora and a few other beach bars all playing club music and serving ice cold drinks. If you’re in Ibiza and you want to party in the day then this is place to come for one of the very best beach parties.
